Costa Coffee - Bournemouth

One of my favourite Costa’s, always very clean and efficient. Was served by Dom and Morgan today, who were really happy and pleasant and who made my order to perfection. This shop can get busy on the weekends but even then, it runs like a Swiss watch. No complaints here, only compliments!

No cue, ignored by three members of staff, wasn't even greeted by the young lady serving, she was making one drink, every table filthy had to clean it myself, cleaning chemicals left out by sugar. Go somewhere else, coffee was terrible. It you want bad coffee, bad service and a dirty coffee shop and want to watch members of staff standing around, you will be happy here. Most people would kill for a job any job, but this is what happens when you employ kids and give them no supervision.

There were dirty tables all over the place. There were 3 people working behind the bar and a very long line. I had to wait 25 minutes in line just to get my coffee.

This restaurant is awful. They tried to serve me tea in a paper cup because they claimed they were behind on washing dishes, even though there were plenty of cups and pots available on the shelves. The staff seemed lazy and disinterested.
