Bidrage med feedbackI stood at an empty counter to order our meal and there were no employees visible. I waited a few minutes and called for anyone to answer. No response. I waited a few more minutes and called out again. Again, no response. A few minutes later 5 employees walked out of the back of the store all together. When I gave a specific order I had to repeat myself a few times and he still screwed up the order until he repeated it back and I still had to make a correction. He seemed frustrated with me. There no condiments except for some ketchup packets on the desk that sat in the sun. None other were offered. I've been in customer service for over 40 years and this was pretty pathetic. I won't go back to that Wendy's and I will tell my friends about my experience. Maybe it was an off day for them, I don't know. It deed leave a lasting negative impression.Parking: Parking isn't the problem, it's exiting onto 5th West and 200 S.
Great service for a location that has to deal with a lot of society's garbage. The whole place was clean including the bathrooms and the employees were attentive and helpful. Quick too.Unlike a few other locations, they also got everything right on my order. The only reason for 4 stars for the food is Wendy's always seems to be a little too salty. Not enough that it ruins everything, just enough that I wish it weren't.
I'm a DoorDasher and I represent the customer.Orders are placed ahead so that you do not have to stand in line or wait for the food to be prepared.I am so tired of being treated like a nuisance by employees because I'm a doordasher. I represent the customer and sometimes I choose to pick up my own order and I am the customer.I did not Wait in line after 9:00 p.m. as a DoorDasher and went straight to the pickup window.I am a manager of a restaurant and a very prestigious hotel in Park City.With that being said, this kid made me go back around and stay behind the cars that were placing orders so that I could receive a Frosty and deliver it.He spoke to me as if he was my boss and would not give it to me unless I did so.I knew I could stay at that window without moving insisting that he give me what I have a receipt for on DoorDash.That's right, our way bill is our receipt and makes us the customer!This place treats doordashers as if we were less. I have a microbiology and chemistry bachelor's degree and choose the DoorDash for a little extra money.As a hospitality manager I give the best serviceThere is no reason to be treated like a nuisance because I'm a doordasher. I definitely shouldn't have to stay behind people placing an order while it's already been placed and be bossed around by a teenager.
Me and my wife got sick from eating here, would never recommend.
This location has always had a problem with employees. This is a NASTY little group of thugs! That's a little harsh but true!
