A lovely girl named Kate helped me out. I could tell it was a busy day but she still had excellent customer service and her smile made my day: Food was great also. Would definitely reccomend:

For the life of us, we can?t figure out why this place is so highly rated. It?s cute? It?s on the corner. Service? Questionable at best. Ask for a refill met with eye rolls and ?she?ll help you?? while the rest stood around. Made my BLT with two slices ofB, some L, and no T?? asked and got it back with a paper thin tomat? The BLT if sold as a $4 sandwich would?ve beenunderstandable. Anything beyond that is hilarious. Really wanted to like this spot. We just laugh about it now and shake ourheads.

Delicious!! Pricy, but delicious. Super friendly staff, absolutely delightful menu with soups and sandwiches that absolutely hit the spot. Great coffee and chai, awesome cookies, general great spot to hang out. If it didn?t bite into my wallet so bad I?deat here every other day!

I don't usually do reviews like this but i was a little frustrated. i ordered a sandwich and two soups to-go while no one else was in the store. i sat for 35min before asking staff for an estimated time frame for my food. upon walking up to the counter, isaw people who came in behind me were already eating. i saw staff look at me with my order number thing and no one asked if iwas missing anything. i've worked in service for 7 years or so now in a busy setting have been able to spot someone who neededhelp or had been standing around for too long. it's a shame because i like the food here. the selection is great, but 40+minutes for a $13 sandwich and 2 soups (one of which i was charged for chili $2 more when i got chicken matza and broccolicheddar) just is a bit ridiculous. highly recommend if you have lots of time on your hands, but frustrating if you don't.

Usually very good but lately the service has been pretty rough. The cool capreses I?ve gotten the last 3 times have been incredibly sparse of ingredients, with the most recent having no turkey when asked, and upon remake, none of the extraingredients I had asked for ? it honestly looked like less food than the original messed up sandwich that they took back : Thequality is still the same, I?m just very disappointed in the service and amount of food provided recently.
