Flagstaff House - Boulder

It's hard to describe how good this place is with words. The service is top notch. The quality of the food is top notch. The views are top notch. Everything about it is notch. Very nice restaurant with a huge wine menu to choose from. Great for celebrating the milestones of life. Very unique experience.

Everything from Valet to Dessert was perfect at Flagstaff. The Valet is free and is extremely seamless, as our car already went out at the time we went out after paying the check. The eating staff was extremely attentive and helpful with recommendations, and everything was fast and efficient. We made cocktails and the 4-course dinner option and I couldn't have been happier with my decisions. The food was all made perfect and the portions were a good size if not on the big page for there so many courses. And of course the view is with a view of Boulder. Can't wait to go back!

The place to go in Boulder for special occasions! Great atmosphere and views of the city and mountains. Food was good and priced fairly. Why 4 stars and not 5? Alcohol was wayyyy overpriced and nothing extraordinary at all. I got a cocktail for $39 (the most expensive one, to be fair) and it wasn’t anything better than a $15 cocktail in town. A bit of a premium is expected at a nice restaurant but it’s a little overboard here I think. They did have an impressive “dessert wine tasting” with 3 very exclusive wines which was great! Overall very happy with our time here, the $500 bill (for 2 people) hurt a little bit but for a very special occasion it’s worth it!

Hands down one of the top dining experiences I’ve had. The amuse bouches were diverse in taste, texture, and presentation but all delicious. The staff was attentive, but not overbearing. The meal was a dining experience a well timed dance by the staff. Everyone was friendly and genuine. The food was divine both in taste and presentation. Of course, the drive to and the views from were spectacular. I will definitely consider returning for another special occasion meal.
