Ado's Kitchen - Boulder

By far the best restaurant on the hill, probably one of the best restaurants in Colorado. Everything I’ve eaten here is halfway a religious experience, run here if you are wanting to try something new.

Legitimately the best food on the hill. Also fun place to hang out late night!

The quality of food is like if Burger King tried an Italian menu

I really like this place. The owner was behind the bar and made a genuine and solid impression. We had the Marsala the Val’Dostana and they were both great. The Val’Dostana was actually exceptional. The only disappointment was that this place has been open 8yrs I’m just catching on.
