Shaking Crab (boston Common)

The waiters were clearly on their phones and not attentive to us. we had hungry children and needed some food.

Came to dinner with two children. music was crowned with rap and we heard 4 f’ bombs in the first 5 minutes. this location is still in the COVID scaling service. plastic forks, QR code menu. this menu is difficult to decrypt online and not mobile friendly. every time we tried to expand it, so the children could see that it is corrupted. children had a terrible time to break their food from the dishes with plastic forks, so we finally asked if they had real silver dishes. we took the fried pickles out of the paper basket so that one of the children did not have to fish in a large plastic bag for their lobster. when we asked for wein, we gave a verbal beer list. under pressure he went to check and said they had a Caber-NET and a mer-LOT without warning of mark.

Some good plates to share. loaded lobsters were good.

Location was great! the garlic noodles were great! the lobster was a good value, but it was served in a plastic bag with the butter sauce in the bag with the dish on the lobster. they were shaking it on the table. very creepy, lobster to eat. the soße should be on the side to be deaf. I would go back, but please ask for sauce on the side.

Uniquely good seafood. Great cocktails. Chill atmosphere. Be warned though that there are very few choices if you do not like seafood though and the dining room is up a long flight of stairs!
