Bidrage med feedbackNyla was the greeter and was very professional/efficient, Lynn was our server and very friendly! Lynn was attentive and kept us up to date on the wait. The food was a little slow to come out but iPhone games and talks with my love made the time go by fast. Never the less my strawberry cheesecake pancakes were hot and delicious!!
Our server, crist, was absolutely sweet and very attentive. she was the best part of our visit. the service to get our food, however, was extremely slow. it took 50 minutes to get our food and then the order was wrong. the server said she would balance with us the meal free that we wanted to get the order corrected as it took almost an hour to get it first. When we almost finished eating, she came back to the table with the ticket. we have asked if we need to pay for the wrong meal and slow service. she said she talked to the manager and the manager said she wouldn't make meals, so we have to pay. this restaurant gave very bad service and others around us complained too. the restaurant was less than half full, but there was a waiting time in foyer. two of the waiting employees said we hadn't seen the half. they also complained about their kitchen staff and said it was a well-known fact that their chefs were terriblely slow. I asked what they do when it's more business with customers. they said, unfortunately, that they deliberately delay the seats of the customers in order to accommodate/recover for the slow pace of their chefs. the kitchen staff must definitely improve or be replaced to do for this fast-occupied, inner city location to improve business and their assessments and the manager should also be replaced. she never came to our table to apologize for the slow and wrong service or try to fix the situation at all even after she was told by the waitress. I would not recommend this restaurant at all under its current management. in the did, if not for the great, friendly service we receive from our server, I would give this restaurant 0 stars.
We were in margaritaville, so we went to the breakfast. the first thing we noticed was how empty it was. After we had set ourselves, the waitress appeared pretty fast, what we thought was a good sign. when she brought my dr. pepper, she said they were out of ice and would bring me something. 20 minutes later, they started to pick ice bags from another car. it turns out that the ice machine has been broken for months. it took another 10 minutes after the ice to get the food that was very disappointing. the speck was barely cooked (after the request crisp bacon.) we asked for cripple and they never brought it. eiers were boiled. the lady room had a huge gap hole over one of the stands with huge pieces of sheet rock hanging down and there was a very strong channel smell. our waitress never came back to take our payment so we waited in register for another 5 minutes. terrible experience. we are not going back.
We had a nice time in the restaurant. our waiter, lance, seemed more like a manager, in which he was extremely helpful to find what we wanted and knew about everything and hit what we didn't think. we were 4 women from the state in the city for the “hold it land ” music show. and we will come back next year
Waited 10 minutes for them to find us a table, 2 different people looking half the tables occupied. We finally left.
