Ihop - Bossier City

This is the second time we've been to this location and they have had the same pleasant and efficient service and food each time. The servers are attentive and the food is fresh and really good.

I was told that eating was ready in 15 minutes. but over 3 minutes later I was still on it. I asked for a refund and the cashier allegedly went to find a manager. Instead, she started compiling my order. I said waiter to someone else, I wanted to go back. he said he had to get another manager. the waiter got me off. after a few minutes the manager arrived. they apologised for the latest order and did not come when asked. she offered food coupons. my note was that it is not about eating the customer service. if I could give that a zero star, it would be too much! '

Me and my hubby walked into the Airline Drive location in Bossier City..the hostess greeted us by saying We are not talking anymore dine ins Not Hello how can I help you? Sad customer service

I feel so upset that I don't remember our server name, but it was the really best I ever had. she laughed with us, she was so sweet, and she was so good with our big party table! the poor chef had so much to do, but great props for him as well as for all our food amazingdefinitely recommend this place for all who want great service.

Service was terrible and the manager was unreasonable. When me and my party entered the manager immediately told us be silent or get out. Shocked, but we still complied. Three mins after we sat down he told us to get out and had 6 officers outside when it was a party of 3. Will call corporate and won't be coming back again.
