Cafe Matrix - Borkum

You sit very nice, a large, friendly and open space - nice to drink a coffee or an aperol. the cappuccino is very good, which on borkum definitiw is not everywhere so, the cake was presumably from the deep freezer, the service friendly.

The matrix was rebuilt in the last winter, renovated and expanded. I personally find this very successful and you can now stay well and feel comfortable with bad or cold weather. the terrace is of course unmatched one of the most beautiful on the borcumer beach promenade. sitting here and experiencing a sunset over the sea is a dreamlike experience. (for fresh evenings there are also cover) also the service is friendly and better organized than before.

Sitting, enjoying, watching sunset. when we arrived at caffe at 16 o'clock, there was hardly any choice of cake. we decided to make cheesecake and waffel with hotberry sauce. both okay but we didn't. if it would still be tried again, then a bit earlier if there were more cakes.

Have come in here due to an extensive beach walk. a warm ambiente of cappuccino and also the wine excellent. the service very fast and attentive although the load was full. very recommended .

The matrix has like the rias a great view directly on the beach, unfortunately it is only so that the operation is not fast. so you have to become very active yourself, that after 20 minutes you can order something and you can also pay for it....very bad. tasteful is ok by the drinks, the so spears so Lala....shade at such a great location
