Located in the center of the wonderful village of verozzi . In this small and charming restaurant we had the opportunity to taste delicious dishes. The menu offers a nice mix of tradition and innovation. The quality of raw material is really high. Excellent selection of local wines.
We returned in winter and found the new management that unlike the previous one offers a less traditional and more sought after menu. I agree with the previous review inherent in the stuffed buttons, very good but nr. 8 are really few; I suggest at least 10 if this does not go against the current trend of giving minimal dishes! In addition to the round ravioli we have taken the stoccafisso in humid with potatoes, olives and dried tomatoes with polenta bramata, good dish. The chestnut dessert was also taken to understand the cost of 10 euros. Very good and well worked with coffee and milk foam seal? It was cream. Summary: refined cuisine, quality of raw material and very good dishes. Inexplicable service, elements that justify a cost over the average but there is. The quantity of the portions is revised.. at least for ravioli.
The club reopened about three months ago with a new management (Chef Diego). Less dishes in the menu but all inviting. We took the first days of the year mixed Ligurian appetizer, preboggion, ormeasco spaghetti, stuffed buttons, calf cheek with purée. All very good, but the ration of the buttons was a little poor..
I'll be back every year. Unfortunately, this year the restaurant has closed permanently and I was unable to visit it. My owner said it will reopen under new management months
