La Belle Epoque - Bordeaux

Stopped by since it was very cold outside and we ordered a coffee and two tea, which we considered a bit pricey! Maybe there are cheaper cafes nearby. However, the place is nice and poshy! It is situated along the road in front of the river, close to Quinconces square.

Very nice place and very superior service quality. It's a little expensive but if you want to spend a little more money for good food, decent service and a good location this is the place. The service was fast and efficient the mains where good and the drinks where also good. Highly recommend.

The food is good but the portion of the spaghetti is small. The gigot plat du jour was generous but hard to chew. Otherwise the atmosphere is nice. Adding more food items should be considered.

French restaurant. Set menu, very good and reasonable price including wine. Beautiful decor as expected, best turn up early as becomes busy quickly. Easy location, well recommended.

We arrived late for lunch but this was no problem. The staff were courteous and fun and the food was excellent. The wine was excellent, too. The best meal (so far) that we've had in Bordeaux—by a very long shot.
