Omg I loveee this place. Every cookie I've ever tried has been so good. Lately, I've stuck with old-fashioned chocolate chip though ? I loveeee Insomnia. I've actually driven an hour and a half just to go there before ? ..so put one in Hickory NC!!!!!

Best cookies I've ever eaten. Double chocolate chunk and oatmeal are especially great. Just outstanding. Nice selection of flavors, too. They also deliver and ship.

I accidentally pooped my pants in line. They discriminated against me since I pooped. Still, gave 2 stars since the Salmon and lobster was IGHT .

Not a fan! The staff is rude and condescending. Somehow it was our problem that we didn't already know what was out of stock without asking. No signs to tell you, you just had to ask, and with exasperated eyerolls we were led to buy the bare minumum of what they had left hours before closing as though we were the jerks for having come in to order something. Sorry, won't make that mistake again, and we've lived here for twenty years year round.
