Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Bonne Terre

Great service... fast and friendly fresh and fast food didn't wait long and everything was sooo hot and fresh.. stop in and see these people.. alot better service then next door at hardees

I will no longer do business with the Dairy Queen in Bonne Terre, based on my experience there today. I always order from the 2 items for $5 menu in the drive-thru and did so today. But when I looked at my receipt, I saw that I had been charged the fullamount, instead of the 2 for $5 discount. I asked about it and a woman who said she was the manager told me that I hadn't askedfor it and so I didn't get it. She said that's the policy. But at least in my experience, that never was the case in the past. Iordered the items from the 2 for $5 menu without mentioning it and always was given the discount. I told her so. A smart managerwould have apologized, returned my money, and reminded me to request the discount in the future. She did not. She made noattempt to make me a satisfied customer, and, consequently, I told her that I no longer would be a customer there.

What I like the most is how all of the drinks taste amazing! Some of the slushies and stuff at the Farmington store taste like there's cleaning supplies in them...????

Can't beat their crispy fried chicken sandwich. I also like their fries. Of course you can go wrong with anything with ice cream.

Fries were old, gravy weird consistency, forgot the ketchup, ice cream already half melted, they don?t take DQ rewards. We?ll stick to the Desoto location.
