I am extremely impressed with this restaurant. I cannot give a higher review score. Initially, I thought the prices were high, but after trying other places, I realized that the quality at this restaurant justifies the cost. They offer both table service and takeaway options. The staff members were always smiling and friendly, even when they were very busy. We felt welcomed and comfortable during our meal, without feeling rushed or like we were being watched. The only downside is that it can be difficult to find seating since it is a popular spot. This is by far the best café I have visited in Clowne out of the three I have tried recently.

This is the best place in the area for breakfast. It's a typical old-school café with a no-frills atmosphere. If you're looking for fancy china cups and linen tablecloths, this isn't the place for you. The décor could use a makeover, but the focus here is on the food. The breakfast menu offers well-cooked, basic dishes like tasty sausages and meaty bacon. The large breakfast, which includes 3 sausages, 3 bacon, 2 eggs, 2 toast, beans, tinned tomatoes, plus free extras like hash browns, mushrooms, black pudding, and a mug of tea, is only £5.50. The service is quick, sometimes as fast as lightning, and the staff are friendly. I've become a regular on Saturday mornings because it's a treat to dine here.
