Marco's Pizza - Boerne

Ordered meat lovers extra large pizza for delivery, received supreme pizza. When we called we were told we would receive free pizza next order unless we wanted to wait another 45 minutes for them to remake. We called today to get the pizza and the lovely sweet young manager said ? sorry, no one documented that with your account and I cannot just give you a free pizza. I love how customer service is just gone! We won?t be calling Marcos again! 6/27/21!

The Boerne, Texas Marco's Pizza employees are always so friendly and their pizza is always top notch. We have ordered for pick up and delivery multiple times and only had one order not quite right but the problem was handled quickly and very professionally. We were extremely happy and also recognize that mistakes will be made and ever establishment deserves some grace. Best pizza, customer service and wings around!

Let me start by saying the manager offered a $20 credit on next order but long story short they clearly dropped all of our items and couldn?t tell us why are items were delivered in a mangled fashion. I simply wanted to know if any of our food had been contaminated and they couldn?t give me an answer which seems odd (somebody dropped this stuff and won?t confess). Either way, I?m sure it?s fine but as a business owner myself I think business could do a better job with customer concerns. See pictures below.

This is still my families favorite pizza place here. The pizza just has a better flavor. Polite and great service when ordering and picking up your pizza.

We always agree on Marco's Pizza there's something for everyone pizza, salad and FANTASTIC sandwiches! And the Boerne employees are super nice!
