Chilito's Express, Latin Fusion Catering- Tamales Sauces

We hired Chilitas and chef Al to handle our annual backyard Tacos and Tequila party and they didn?t disappoint. All the guests raved over the food and our son even hired them to take care of his 40th birthday party. The service is exceptional, the food isamazing and they left our place spotless at the end of the evening. I?ll be using them again and again.

I was surprised when Carlos called and told me that I had won the 5 dozen tamales. I never win anything. Once I tasted the tamales, I was very glad that this was a contest I won!! When I picked them up, Carlos was very nice and friendly. His recipeincludes cream cheese, which makes them unique for our area. I would have a hard time picking a favorite flavor, since they areall delicious. Carlos, thanks again for the great tasting tamales!! Vicky

This place is so good? been here a couple of times and it?s unbelievable! Had the giant quesadilla with pork and with their sauce it?s so good.. definitely recommend eating here!!

We ordered the tamale plate and the double decker nachos. Both were amazing and they were freshly made and promtly delivered to our table! Guy working was very friendly. Definitely going to be coming back here!

Chilitos has the BEST sauce and food we've had in a long time. You can taste the love and years they've put into their recipes with every bite. Would absolutely recommend to anyone as a MUST TRY anytime you're near. Side note, while we were there todaythere was a woman who drove down from New Orleans just to get some of their tamales.
