Caffelito - Bochum

Especially in Corona times, the small gastronomic shops are fighting for survival. I usually have an appointment in Bochum once a week. As a bus and train user, I try to take into account as much as possible a delay or a train failure and therefore travel with an average of half an hour to a full hour. So until the date, I have time and use it for a stroll, shopping on the weekly market or a coffee, for me mostly a cappuccino with milk or a double espresso. Since I'm actually a comfortable person, I'd like to find something close to the Bochum window and found the Caffelito by chance. To the cappuccino I let myself pamper with a piece of cake. It was a piece of chocolate cake with pears, very lovingly presented with some liquid chocolate sauce and an orange slice on the plate. The cake was a piece of heaven on this rainy Thursday. The dough was airy and fuzzy in the taste, not dry at all and harmonized wonderfully with the pears. It wasn't too sweet either. Although there is no car traffic at the Massenberger Straße, all a huge construction site, it was very pleasant to sit outside. Happy again
