Olivo Gourmet Pizza - Boaz

Today was my first time going here... my sugar has been high so I was going just to get salad and waitress told me about the cauliflower crust and I was like woohoo! Yes!!! So I enjoyed my small supreme salad and half of a 12 in pizza (you can purchase half instead of whole on the cauliflower crust)!!! It was amazing! Waitress were so nice and I?m guessing the man is owner or manager, he came out checking on customers! Great place!!

We love this place. We have been going there at least two times a week but usually more times. Love everything we have had there.

Best pizza in Marshall County, hands down! The staff is super friendly and the owners will even come by to see how you're enjoying your meal. They put their heart and soul into it and you can tell. From pizza to pasta, salads and desserts they have you covered. They've also added beer. I've turned all my friends on to this place and me and my mom usually go once a week. I can't say enough nice things about this place, the food, the staff and the owners. Don't forget to saveroom for the butter nut cheesecake. Best I've ever had and I'm picky!! 5+ Stars! This is my new go to place. Just simply amazing! They never disappoint.

Excellent food and great service! It was our first time and the young lady at the window was extremely helpful and patient with us as we decided. I highly recommend the cauliflower crust Back the Truck Up pizza, my picky husband even liked it!

My boyfriend just ordered a buffalo chicken sub. It is fantastic. The owners were very friendly and helpful. This is the best sub I think I've ever had. If you haven't tried them, you really should.
