Radical experience! The customer service was amazing!

Christmas Eve and a manager had just got done clocking out. He seen we were given the wrong order so he remade the entire order off the clock then helped a lady on his way out all while still being polite.

Can't get even a simple order right 90% of the time, always either shorted food or food isn't made correctly.

I mean I come here often but lately it's just been a mess. There are times where I am the only individual in the line yet they still get my order wrong. I figured once..shame on you but three times now just shame on me.I don't have time to just drive back and fix the order when I am manager of a business where my constant help or attention is needed.

The people I've seen have usually been nice, but here lately I've been getting home and I haven't had my full order or it's all messed up. I just wanted my tacos ?
