Insomnia Cookies - Blue Summit

This evening I placed an online pickup order. The website didn't say anything was out of stock. When my boyfriend went to pick it up they were out of almost everything and had a bad attitude when he asked what flavors they actually had in stock. I'm sad because I love a good sweet treat but I won't want to return for a long time.

I've never been in this store so I can't rate the atmosphere. I've always ordered off doordash but I definitely notice who delivers it. Because sometimes they deliver it themselves. All I have to say is. It's always top tier. Orders are ALWAYS on point and I literally cannot get enough. Thank you for curing my late night cravings

Walked into an empty store and was told it would be 30-60 minute wait while they fill online orders... Sorry, but that's ridiculous.

Big fan of insomnia cookies! Decided to take my friend there last night for his first time. The employee (long black hair and a nose ring) was rude from the beginning. I tried to pay with cash and he told me he didn't have change, which was fine I'll eat 75 cents but when he opened his drawer there was plenty of change. This was frustrating but was what it was. My friend then tried to pay and he told him he couldn't give him a dollar back in change even though there was visibly a drawer full. Don't know if this was the employee or the way insomnia cookie's earns a couple extra bucks by not giving back change especially when people use larger bills but the experience last night, as much as I enjoy insomnia cookies, will probably deter me from going back in. If you're gonna grab some late night desserts here I'd just order online, don't waste your energy on lousy in person service.
