Bc Bistro - Blue Summit

This place has a great menu and good service. I have been here a couple times now and will go back again.

I think the food is good quality. Had the strip with baked potato. Steak was flavorful and cooked to order but I would say the Demi glace sauce was overpoweringly too sweet.Wine selection is limited and I’d say my biggest challenge here continues to be the atmosphere it’s very conflicted. Feels like a strip mall sports bar with the interior decor, seating, tables, bar and tvs. But the menu suggests something much more. So awkward for me personally.But I do always appreciate quality food that’s chef driven so kudos there.My dog did appreciate the leftovers!

Service was pleasant but not efficient. What I hoped would be a 45-minute lunch, turned into an hour and a half. French dip was tough and disappointing. My lunchmates enjoyed their pasta dishes.

The food, service and atmosphere is always awesome! BC Bistro is one of my favorite places to wind down and have a great meal.

Two nights in a row to determine a full visibility of the atmosphere and food. The tranquillity of the atmosphere is so unique.The waiters are in sync; one would be overwhelmed with the constant “how’s the food tasting”; not here the time is given for me to take a bite to take in the flavors of the meal. Chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans (awesome choice)first time . The chicken wings second night, were not a selection I would have expected; bland the chicken also had a smell outside of the buffalo sauce. The first night the lettuce was brown. I picked through it not the second night. When I conveyed my thoughts on the chicken wings I allowed the waitress to choose another quick meal selection such between the Spicy Italian and the Bistro Club. I received the Bistro Club. This choice came with chips and pickle on the side; delicious. Overall it is a great place to eat with the family; date night or self.
