Mr Goodcents Subs Pastas - Blue Springs

Had a digital voucher for 1 received 1 free for 8 inch sub. When I paid, I showed the guy the voucher on my phone. He said he needed a paper cut from the coupon. I told him that we had used this voucher a few times in the last few months and they had always accepted it from my phone. He refused. I told him if he didn't accept the voucher, he could hold the sandwiches. He reacted, Don't ever come back here. I told him they should train their employees better to accept coupons. He reacted, I'm the General Manager, I don't care. I wasn't happy he didn't accept the voucher, but for him to tell me never to come back... On two previous occasions we had asked if they would accept the voucher from our phone and they said yes. I worked in some different restaurants and I'm aware that some customers could be total idiots and deserved his answer. But I didn't raise my voice or cause a scene or treat it rudely. If I were the franchise owner of this restaurant, this guy would be fired. People have a lot of options when it comes to eating. Is that really how you want to represent your brand. He said never come back. Don't worry, I won't.

This place makes the best sandwiches! I really enjoyed my Italian and great prices!

No broccoli cheese soup @11:30?only potato? They didn't do anything. The staff we have? re very rude of the big guy who took my sandwich order to the teenage girl that I said what I wanted. They both hated their jobs. Hard to find good help apparently! I would never visit this place again!!! Had asked to talk to a manager, but there were only children working here. Life and learning, but never again.

A rare gem in Blue Springs. Clean and friendly, man, that the food was fresh!

I normally don't go to sandwich places like this. But today after my granddaughter's volleyball games my son and daughter-in-law took us here to eat. I don't eat a lot of meat but I do love chicken, grilled. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich with cheddar cheese, spicy ranch sauce (very little), a lot of salt, little bit of pepper, oregano, jalapeños on wheat bread. They only sell those type 8 or larger, so needless to say, I could only eat a quarter of the whole sandwich in that setting. It was very good. I really liked this place, especially considering I normally don't like sandwich places of that type. I will go back there sometime.
