Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bloomington

Ingredients are fresh, steak bowl was really good. I couldn't hear the workers when they asked what I wanted. I don't often go and was unclear in the round.

1) do not disturb order on the app and pick up. it will always only go faster and order. 10 minutes behind my estimated pickup and it's not ready yet and there's no one here. 2) they do not expect someone to communicate or help them when they go. I asked if she was more pibb and the girl went to check how I was waiting. well, she never changed it and never told me if she was more or not. she has just begun to wipe off tabs like 5 minutes later, although I was on a response.3) they are torn off and shortened, especially if they are 're ordering takeout or delivery. doordash and chipotle are notorious, at least for us to deliver the wrong food or claim they delivered food, but nothing came. and all they get is a refund and starving. and a burrito and a pop cost me just $17... like what?

What makes the bags with the spicy mirror! I could eat the best without crying! I've been ordering the same chip bowl for 10 years and couldn't even eat it. I have something called a geographic cradle, so I can not eat spicy food without strong swelling and pain. I didn't get anything that was supposed to be spicy or that I didn't have before. literal got rice, bee, cheese, guak, sour cream and salat. how is not only my cradle in pain, but eating is simply not right. other members of my family had a similar experience. not sure what goes wrong here, but I'll never stop here again!

I am not always the biggest fan of chipotle, but if every chipotle like this place I would be a big fan. the service is great. the parts were great. the ingredients were very fresh. I had such a great experience, I ate at this place to lunch 2 days in order to see if it was a fuke.

The place was filthy. Not a clean table to be had. The staff were super annoyed by me ordering food. I suppose I was interrupting whatever they were doing on their phones. Sub par food as well. I love Chipolte and thankfully, they usually are not like this place.
