Starbucks - Bloomingdale

Friendly staff and efficient service, however, I am giving this location a 3 Star rating solely due to the location and inconvenience of parking.Location is located by the intersection of Gary Ave and Army Trail Road by the Speedway gas station.First inconvenience of this location is that you can only get to it if you are heading east bound on Army Trail Rd.Second Parking lot of this Starbucks is to the back of the building and the road/lane area you would use to get to the parking lot is the same as the route to get to the drive through. When I happened to get there it was at a busy time and there were several has lined up at the drive through. From the back up, I had to sit for 5 minutes in the drive through traffic just to get to the parking lot and park my car.

Unfortunately everytime I go here I have to go back after receiving my order because it’s always wrong. I understand mistakes happen but this is the 4th time and I order my tea the exact same way. Happened again this morning ordered 2 teas and both are wrong. I simply ask for extra lemonade and 8 honey blend squirts and it’s wrong every time. Unfortunately I have meetings at work today and can’t go back wasting more time and gas. This is the only Starbucks that gets my order wrong all the time. Please help train the team because this truly sucks! Last time I came this location was out of the ingredients for Honey Citrus Mint now to get it and it’s completely wrong. So frustrating.

Supervisor in Bloomingdale refused to give me the extra drink for BOGO when their mobile app didn’t work. She argued for ten minutes holding up the line. Different people there gave me different, wrong info, on the deal. Going to Carol Stream from now on.

My usual seasonal drink is an almond milk sugar cookie latte. This one was perfect. Perfect amount of syrup and temperature.
