Tim Hortons - Bloomfield Hills

Moved to the area and stopped here, hoping for the same kind of excellent service as my old usual Tim Hortons. You didn't disappoint. My regular order is a little extra, so I expected some mistakes, but there were none. Food and tea were perfect this day and every day since. It took all two excursions to get to know me and what I want after my first article had ordered. I found my new Tim!

I always had a great service from this place! I had difficulty putting an online order this morning, so I called instead. The employee was helpful and friendly and my order was perfect. I ran a little late, but they kept my order ready for me and left me in and out in a few minutes. They gave me a wide selection of donuts (I had asked for a random assortment). I would highly recommend ordering from them for an event!

The food was cold (orders a breakfast sandwich bagel). The bread with the breakfast sandwich was burned. My coffee cup was too close to the top and spilled in my work trolley (yes, it was in a cup holder). No sleeves on the coffee cup and no napkins. Pretty disappointing. All locations should offer an excellent customer experience.

I held this Tim Hortons on the way to work today and received EXCELLENT customer service. The staff here is extremely helpful and POSITIVE. FAST SERVICE and GREAT tasting products. I very much welcomed this place. I'll be back soon. namaste
