Beef'n'brew, - Black Diamond

There is no reason why this place should be less than a 5 star. They really have put a lot of love and thought into this place. From the second you walk in the door the smell of the food makes your mouth water. Excited to sit down and look at the menu there was a wonderful assortment. I had the braised beef and oh my goodness! Such a pleasant array of flavors! A very nice selection of wines and wonderfully priced. A wonderful show to boot. Hand shake to the chef's.

I noticed this place on my way home from Apple Hill 2 weeks ago. I decided to treat my husband tonight for his 50th birthday today. We are so happy we went tonight for the first time! First and foremost our waitress was so sweet. I wish I remembered her name. Her name was a unique one. Server number 0005. I had the French Dip with fries and ranch. It truly was the best French Dip I have ever had! The tri-tip was so tender. It was flavorful. The fries were crispy but soft on the inside. Very good. The ranch dressing is homemade. You can definitely taste it. My husband had the Buffalo Burger. He loved it! The homemade jalapeno bacon he said was amazing. He had the black and tan onion rings. We paid $2.00 upgrade charge for those and he only received 5. For $2.00 that wasn't worth it but he did comment we had the perfect amount of food so there is that. He enjoyed his Left Eye Right Eye beer so much we look forward to visiting the brewery that makes that. The atmosphere was perfect. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Nice décor. Great staff and great food. We will return and we highly recommend it.

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt right at home. Our server, Patty was so sweet, I felt like I was eating a burger at a good friends house. Love the folksy feel of the place. Can't find that just anywhere. Please stop by and grab the best burger in the Foothills, you won't be disappointed folks.

We had lunch at Beef and Brew for the first time today. It's a really awesome place! Great food, fast and friendly service, big portions, and a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

My brother and I eat here regularly. I absolutely love it. The French Dip is the best I have had. The burgers are the best around. I recommend trying a **** mary, it comes with a huge piece of bacon and is very tasty.
