Fireflour Pizza - Bismarck

Awesome food and service. Definitely, planning a return visit.

You know the story, local owned, unique restaurants make the best food? Fireflour puts proof to that. Wood fired in a traditional pizza oven, made fresh and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and quality. Very thin crust that has just the perfect amount of chew and yet has those delicious char spots a true wood fired pizza should! Top notch pizza, and don’t forget the gelato!! I Love blood orange and finding that in a gelato was an extra treat. Check em out, I know I’ll be back any time I am in Bismarck!

This place was actually pretty good and a fair price for the area. I give it a low rating because they somehow got my email address (through my credit card? and sent me a marketing email afterward, which really annoys me because I never gave them my email address…

This has to be top 5 pizzerias I've been to. I actually crave their food!! The parking downtown is meh, but this food is worth it.

Authentic and delicious italian pizza, backed in a stone ofen. Restaurant has nice interior and the staff is very friendly. Would definitely recommend!
