Domino's Pizza - Billerica

Awful experience. My order took one and a half hours to arrive (a large pizza with cheesy bread). My driver took nearly 40 minutes to get to my house from the store which is normally a 10 minute drive, causing my food to arrive cold. After trying tocall the store to ask if something went wrong, I was on hold for 30 minutes.

I think it's crazy that they have a voucher that will charge a doller extra per item plus their 4.99 delivery fee because they delivered it instead of taking over. it would be useful if the delivery graters don't live from the tips. What is the point so I can pay an additional $8 plus drinking money for delivery? it's crazy. I'm going somewhere else.

I usually go to domino's in Billerica get my pizza looked on line and it stated they were still running the $7.99 3 topping special walk in purchase I went there took them my order and they said it only online for that price what? The place was empty no customers the delivery vehicle sitting in parking lot? They declined the sale they not only lost a sale now they lost a customer for stupidity good luck I suspect you will be gone soon

I'm not sure what's going on with dominos these days, I love thier pizza but mine keeps coming burnt. I call and ask very nicely that they don't over cook the pizza and then it comes, overcooked, hard to eat, completely distasteful, and my mother ordered chicken, that came completely burnt as well, it's not allowing me to add photos but I have them!
