Meat Soul - Bilbao

A good vegan burger is hard to find, but I can honestly say that the most tasty vegan burger I ate was here. However, the presentation could do with something improvement. the personal was very pleasant and there was no loud background music that many seem angry to prefer these days,

I expected a terrible burger, how often hotel restaurants are not great, but I was happy surprised with the quality. the cheesecake was delicious. overall a good experience, but not blown.

Came here for a coffee and breakfast, made from a selection of pintxo/tapas from the bar. the salmon, spinach and cream cheese roll is highly recommended, but they all looked good to be fair.

I have seen this place on google and I really had a good burger on this day, so I tried. I had expected it to be great because of the good reviews and not disappointed. When I arrived there, I first noticed the beautiful murals and signs. it's so hip and artsy. the price of the burger with fritten is not so bad. I was a bit surprised because the plate was different than most Burger sites here. it was also nice that she gave me all the different sauces (ketchup, mayo, senf, bbq, tonkatsu). my demand was really satisfied. because it was a pleasant thing, I wanted to eat something sweet. I ordered this muse as dessert with a chocolate goose and marshmallows. it was soouo good. especially the ganache! the personal was also very good larry (the English can speak well) would definitely recommend and will come back.
