I wanted an exceptional cake for a birthday, a proposal to come and compose it with pastry, the choice of form (15 people) of the composition.... 4 days before. Fresh and seasonal products. The result was a perfect success in flavors as well as hospitality. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful cakes, very good and beautiful. original recipes. The salty heads are superb, we'll test next time. I agree with the comment on the grape in the rum baba, not necessary ( perso review) bravo

Pâtisserie not to be missed if you go to Biarritz! The brioche is to fall with its raspberry jam and tartiner dough houses, and madeleines its excellent. Go away!
