Cold Stone Creamery - Bharatpur

Visited there this past Saturday night and witnessed something very gross. A young lady, whom I assumed was attending her high school prom, her and the date walked in and she went behind the counter, got her a taste of ice cream and did NOT wash her hands. The staff working did nothing and this was disgusting! I wasn't a fan of this place and will never visit again.

Ice cream is always great. The customer service has been lacking in this store from other reviews but from my visit it has shown improvement. Maria, Mustafa and Landon worked very hard and were very customer friendly.

Marin and Mena were AMAZING! They were super kind and provided amazing service! Some of the best costumer service I’ve experienced in a long time, they should get a raise!

MARWA is the best!!! We always come here only when MARWA is working! She is very kind, funny, easygoing, polite and super engaging to the customers! She always recommended us the best ice cream of the day! If you come here for ice cream, please ask for MARWA and you will NOT be disappointed!! Cold Stone is very lucky to have an amazing employee like her!! If you are the manager and see this, please give her a raise or praise her for outstanding job!!

Ordered online for pickup. Upon arrival, my boyfriend was told our order didn't print. I sent him screenshots of our order. After 20 minutes or so, he ended up calling me to confirm my ice cream flavor, even though details of the order were on the pic I sent. When he got home, he told me five other people walked in after him with missing orders too. He said they upsized our orders, but I'm not 100% sure that's the case. I'm am quite sure, however, that they messed up my order. It didn't have any toppings or anything mixed in...just plain ice cream. Now cookie dough, brownies, fudge, or caramel that should'vebeen in there. Extremely disappointed with the online order/pick up experience.
