Scala - Bezirk Zuerich

We had dinner at this place with some friends. The pizzas were very tasty. Some friends had meat dishes and they were also very happy with the quality. The serving sizes are very good and more than enough. The proves were fair for swiss standards. It was quite full, so dont forget to book a table in advance.

We had our lunch in this restaurant yesterday and enjoyed it!!! I took the men which included a mixed salad and a saltinbocca with risotto and carrots whilst my wife ordered a pizza. Friendly waitresses and pretty fast service were an additional plus for this pleasant venue. Shall return for more crispy pizza, a really gorgeos PIZZA!!!!

Zürich has a lot of good Italian restaurants due to many Italian immigrants. Scala however is in my opinion the best, consistent quality, friendly owner and staff. Great thin pizza real Italian style oval served on a wooden plate. No need to ask for peperoncini oil, it is served and is homemade and fresh. Scala is close to the train station, 10 min, easily reached by tram 11, 14,15. Make sure to reserve most of the times full.

Friendly owner and stuff, superb pizza, good location. What else can you ask for? : (try the pizza with truffle oil and buffalo mozzarella

Amazing restaurant we only found due to TA! Slightly out of the old town but an easy tram ride (we walked). Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, awesome pizza, and the best lasagne we have ever had. Highly recommend if looking for a reasonably priced Italian meal (which is hard to find in Zurich)!
