The very good food but the rest... Deplorable service. the billing goes much better than the ordering.. much waiting! Disappointment

I stop at this point of sale to make 1 loto and purchases of 3 scratching games.... the guy who serves me is on the phone but tells me at the same time in listening but sells me qd even 1 loto to 3 euros without asking me what formula I wanted.
