I am quite disappointed as this was the worst and most careless customer service I have ever experienced. If I could mark zero stars, I would. The young man who took my order literally threw the ingredients into the bowl hephasard and slammed the bowl on the counter as if he was furious for some reason on the salad bowl. He just stared empty when I read the menu, not even a greeting. That was the most unrespectful attitude without reason. My order was simple and straightforward. I do not even care that I was not greeted; I am most appalled by the unrespectful attitude during the preparation of my order. I wouldn't have been surprised if he threw it in my face. From the way my food was treated, I would not be surprised if they had food safety injuries or if I became sick. When processing orders there is no hygiene and no care. Besides, the workers began to sneak over my order as if I didn't understand what they said. The ingredients were minimal and not even fresh, the greens were strongly browned. Where is the quality? Nowhere. Not in food, but above all not in staff. I know we all want to go home after a long working day, but that was beyond human standing. I wouldn't recommend this place.

While usually their salads are good if I pay almost $15 for a salad, then I want to do it right. I don't think? ve had an order from here that was missing something. Also the amount of additional ingredients you specify can be minuscule. I could hardly see a feta cheese in my last order, and my request for additional cherry tomato gave me 2 cherry toms cut into quarters. So overall, expensive for what you get. Stop being so mean with the add-on sections!

All staff are so friendly and helpful. I love that you can choose a salad on the menu and then make substitutions. All salads I tried were delicious and fresh!

I had unfortunately come to the wrong place to pick up an order, and was discouraged when I realized in the last part of my break, driving would be spent 12 minutes in the next place. As a team member there, Leslie was so gracious enough to prepare my food here. I was really taken care of it, especially when I was short for the time. That made me really happy to know that people are ready to go the extra mile sometimes for their customers.

Average salads and pricey. They forget my dressing on the side every time I order online. The panko breaded chicken is completely flavorless; I wish they offered salt and pepper as an option when ordering. I prefer Sweetgreen salads $1-2 cheaper and way more flavor) but Chopt is close to work so I probably order it once a month. If they offered black pepper and remembered my dressing OTS, I'd be here weekly.
