Love the resto and express setup. Sebastien talked to us in English and assisted us with our order. He even suggested to get the Lobster Sandwich which we really loved. I would like to share with you a very bad experience that we had yesterday, June 4, 2024, at St Hubert in Berthierville. We invited 17 important people to your restaurant for dinner. They were the leaders of a large Canadian company who came from Toronto to visit us. Unfortunately our experience was awful. We had booked a week and a half before the event to be sure that everything was well organized at the restaurant. Here's what happened: No diet liquor No Clamato to make ****** cesar No chicken thigh No chicken breast No chicken to make club sandwiches No ice cream for dessert Coffee machine closed, so it is not possible to have some at the end of the meal One of the people went out to take a call and one of the employees refused to let her back inside. The meals arrived more than 2 hours and 15 minutes after we arrived. Luckily for us, the waitress was extraordinary despite the circumstances, but I wouldn't have wanted to be in her place. In short, you will understand that this type of service in an establishment like St Hubert is, in my opinion, unacceptable. In addition, I wanted to speak to a manager or the CEO and they are not available because they are at the Montreal Grand Prix. I think you need to quickly review your ways of serving your customers if you want to keep the restaurant running, because with my experience yesterday, I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon or recommending it to anyone
