Does not take personal cups due to COVID reasons. I understand the need to maintain food safety but... come on, it's October 2023. I dumped the coffee straight into my thermos and tossed the paper cup. Such a needless waste of paper and plastic. Price per person: $1–10

I have been a daily customer on my way to work every single day for months now. Well today there was a misunderstanding and the ‘manager’ there was beyond rude and less than helpful. It’s a shame as I have been there so much. But they just lost a loyal customer today. Management should never be rude to a customer who has a simple question over a misunderstanding. I will say that all of the employees there (except the manager) are beyond nice and they are always so kind and helpful
