Sonic Drive-in - Bernalillo

It has been three years since this Sonic Drive-in has reopened. Unlike all the other locations that have been operating as drive-ins for over a year, this particular one does not allow customers to park and order.

I ordered mozzarella sticks and a large limeade slush. The mozzarella sticks were served hot and the slush had a good amount of flavor. The service was fantastic and fast.

Didn't receive any condiments we ordered. The dr peppers tasted like water. And it took forever. Not sure why the stalls are all closed but only had drive through. Didn't have the best customer service either.

I do not recommend visiting this Sonic location. My parents went there on the evening of 9/13/2022. My mom ordered a footlong chili dog and bit into something that felt like a tooth. The staff manager did not take any action and treated my parents as if they were lying. The manager inspected the tooth and then dropped it on the ground in an attempt to dispose of the evidence. They ignored my parents' request for a refund. My dad picked up the tooth and showed it to me. It was a disappointing and concerning experience.

3pm Friday afternoon and they only have the drive thru open?? Everything else is blocked off. The drive thru line was insanely long. Took my business elsewhere. This sonic needs better management for sure. Needs to be staffed to handle your busy times and the amount of customers you're gonna have. Terrible.
