Fiamma - Bentonville

Restaurant closed and unexpected and left many people unhappy for Valentine's Day reservations!!

I made the reservation weeks in advance because it was for Valentine's Day, but I received an email the day before finding that the reservation would not take place. The restaurant had closed. It was very unprofessional, a Valentine menu, lead all to believe the restaurant would be open, and then in the last minute cancellation.

Holders cancel reservations and have not reported until 12. My Valentine was ruined.

It is interesting that we are asked for a review when our reservation has been canceled. The worst thing, however, is that it was canceled by OpenTable and tells us that the restaurant was suddenly closed... a business day before Valentine's Day. Even if this restaurant opens, I do not intend to try it. Communication from the restaurant is not available.

Brunch was very nice- the food was good, as were the mimosas. We ordered the bottomless mimosas and at no point felt rushed by our server to wrap up our visit. I regularly recommend brunch at Fiamma to all of my friends.
