Pappy's Coffee Shop - Benton Park

Tried giving Pappy's another chance through Uber Eats. They aren't competent enough to put the entire order in the bag. I called to complain about what was missing and they said it was sitting there, to order it again and they'd send it. WTF? Pay twice? The idiot then got irate with me when I told him I wouldn't do that and yelled at me. Don't waste your time or money on this **** diner. You'll get better service ANYWHERE ELSE. Thomas, don't lie. No discount was offered. I was told to order again. It's too bad your business survived the pandemic. I was a fool to support it. Another update:. This business DOES NOT LIKE bad reviews. They contacted Uber Eats and attempted to get me removed for complaining and then messaged me threatening to call the police and file a libel/slander suit against me. This just shows how unprofessional this business really is. I had to block them on Facebook to get them to leave me alone.

It's disappointing the place isn't cleaned better. This establishment is always packed and typical wait times can be up to 45 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is great.

Place can be cleaner. Food is good. Steak and eggs plate is my favorite, when they're not out of steaks that is. Get there early. Skillets are good too.

Tom went above and beyond to make our Christmas Eve birthday breakfast happen! Thank you for honoring your commitment to provide your services to our family on Christmas Eve morning. The food was fresh and delicious and was the perfect addition to our celebration. We will order again next year!

We went on a Sunday morning and the restaurant was busy. We waited about 15 minutes so that was nice. The restaurant is older and it has a good feel to it. The employees were friendly and they knew there jobs. I ordered the Denver omelette. The coffee was good and I enjoyed the flavor. Our order came out in a timely manner. It's looked great. I have the house potatoes and gravy and biscuit. I tried the gravy and biscuit. The had a good teast and I found the biscuit to have a good texture. The omelette was a good size and I enjoyed it.
