Left Coast Burger Company - Bend

2nd time I’ve ordered a burger and fries from the location in the Grove. First time burger was over cooked to the point of being tough and jerky like. Second time, raw and cold in the middle, fries had so much salt they were not edible. 2 stars is generous. Wish this place would get its act together or the Grove mgmt would find a replacement. Looking at the reviews on Yelp suggests I’m not the only one that’s disappointed with their quality.

I found the burger to be decent but not amazing. The patty was a good size and made from local beef, but it wasn't juicy or dry. The patty extended beyond the bun all the way around, which was a bit disappointing. The bun and toppings were okay, but I would have preferred more toppings and a juicier burger that creates a nice mess. I think I'll give it another try, but I'll eat the burger at home so it's hot off the grill. The customer service was excellent. The young lady who helped me handled a unexpected situation with ease, whether it was due to training or her quick thinking, it was impressive. Overall, $8 for a burger is a great deal, although one shouldn't expect too much.

I'm vegan so I can't attest to the taste of the food. But I just had a crummy experience here. Took 20 minutes for a kids burger. The cook turned down 3 customers by telling them it would be a 20 minute wait when I never saw more than 4 patties on the flat top. Burger was covered in ketchup- enough so my daughter complained. Won't be coming back

When there to order something 2 guys working there with long hair no hair nets touching money cooking with any sanitary products or anything. That's nasty . Will Do 3 minus stars on this .

I asked Google for a place that serves Grass Fed Burgers. What I got was grain fed redish brown meat. Perhaps the have a better more expensive burger. The service was good. The cook made my fries a bit more crispy. The have the best rockin music in town, makes waiting a pleasure.
