I had the opportunity to meet Juno today, and she is a very kind woman. We had a conversation about sushi, and I asked them to make an omakase roll for me. The roll had cilantro, avocado, cucumber, yellowtail, and salmon inside, with tobiko and yuzu masago on top. It was incredibly delicious, perfectly rolled, and the cuts were great. I have heard many wonderful things about this place, so why not show my support?
