I love the vixen chick at the window. I am new to town and came in when I first moved here and there was someone else and now she’s always there. I come back for her. I had the worst day of my life and she turned it around in one trip through that coffee hut. They make good coffee but I come back for her personality. Java jungle is the epitome of bad service! The “service worker” did not greet us on arrival. She was in deep conversation with another employee. We waited for her to finish, but the conversation just kept going on and on and on. Finally she pushed out a hello, looking awkwardly and deeply into my wife's eyes then immediately went back to her conversation. I gave Java Jungle another chance after the owner acknowledged the issues with my prior experience. It was incredibly refreshing to know and feel that my experience good or bad mattered. The owner listened to what I had to say, and truly made me feel valued and respected. I have gone here for well over a year, and I am happy to now come back to my regular coffee place!
