Pho Ly - Bellingham

This is the best pho in town! They have an extensive menu of other food as well. I come for the pho! The service is amazing, the owners are members of the community and they're always working and always happy. Highly recommend! 10/10

Home cooked meal feel and flavor. We ordered the Chicken Curry and Chow Mein with egg roll starter. Consistently delicious.

One of my favorite restaurants in town. Owner and his wife are incredibly nice and for some reason remember me and my wife by voice, knowing exactly what we are planning to order.Food is almost always top notch with nice meaty broth. We have only experienced maybe 3 or 4 off days over 5 years where the broth has been less flavorful. Prices have moved over the 5 years, but never in huge ways, assuming we just get two bowls of pho our bill never goes over 30 till tip.Unfortunately the staff is usually just the owner, his wife and one other family member in the back doing prep work, so dishes can pile up when dinner rolls around (only time we come), but with how popular and busy it can get it is forgivable with their staffing.

Great place to stop for pho, flavorful broth and all the fixings you expect. Family run, and incredibly friendly service. Very reasonably priced, especially these days in Bellingham! The space itself has lots of tables and can get quite busy, but even then the service is relatively quick and efficient. We typically pick up takeout to run back to our nearby office, great to have close by!

Best Pho in town, and very reasonably priced. Nip Ly and his wife are extremely kind, generous and hard-working. Happy to support and recommend this place!
