Winchell's Donut House - Bellflower

I visited yesterday, Sunday. It was horrible. There was only one person to prepare over 10 orders. ALL sandwiches. It was over a 30 minute wait. Some customers walked out truly frustrated. To add injury to insult, it was extremely hot in there. However, the albacore tuna melt sandwich was pretty good. A little too much mayonnaise, but good.

Great selection, friendly staff, very clean and spacious with plenty of seating inside. Right next to the Fwy (easy access before getting on the fwy unfortunately making it too tempting not to stop in). There are only 2 downsides here the smaller parking lot can get filled up at times making it hard to get a space, and with it being really close to the fwy onramp can take a couple of minutes to get out of the parking lot. But the GREAT tasting donuts are worth it. Try them and tell me what you think.

Customer service sucks. I was in line for almost 5 minutes and this two painter in white uniform cut in line and got there donut before me . I was not satisfied with the service went out and left because of this two guys don?t know how to go in line but got served first before me . The owner should teach there employees first come first serve rules.

Delicious cream cheese croissant lady working nights is so nice n attentive love their donuts.

Unfortunately, there is no friendliness from associates. My business didn't feel valued. They burned my croissant and gave it to me that way. I wish I could say the taste of the doughnuts can make up for this but this is not the case.
