Solarium Kitchen - Bellevue

This assessment could be a little unfair. it was silvester and was set up in a completely different room. a few things to consider. the lights were much too bright for a silvester party. it seemed quite understated. No one ever asked us if we want an extra water, and we had to ask for our food, dessert, etc. the bar they had set up was not complete. we could not order prosecco, and within an hour they were from some things. I think I saw the same person in the morning at breakfast. as I mentioned, they might be just understated. the band has made fun and I am glad that kim also came to sing. beautiful dance floor. I would recommend the solarium for a future dinner and music/dancing. I would go back to the solarium and dance on Thursday night. However, they must reassess for larger events.

This restaurant is located in the lobby area of the bellevue hilton. her Thanksgiving buffet is fabulous and highly recommended. their regular and special event menu is also really good. slightly expensive (but not disturbing for Bellevue/Microsoft area. the personal is fast, efficient, friendly and attentive.

Gentleman recipe excellent. no table cloths that disappoint us for a reserved, expensive, formal Christmas buffet. the food was hot. desserts good. two mimosas were included, but only one. I asked for 2 drinks to 2 employees, but never got them after 20 minutes from the last question.

I told them multiple times and to multiple people that we were celebrating my daughters 13 birthday. No acknowledgement made, no candles or special desert. We have been there before with a nicer experience. I will never go back. I am disappointed to say the least.

Christmas Brunch Buffet was Overall Very Good. Reasonable price as $52 for Adult $46 for Senior (62 years old and over). We enjoyed it. Thank You!
