Ordered 2 chicken parms for me and my wife and paid. They told me to expect a 15 minute wait, so I waited at a table. After 35 minutes I asked if something had gone wrong with my order. A minute later the sever came running out with my food saying they were very hot because they just came out. By the rubbery taste I’m sure they just came out of the microwave after having sat out for 20 minutes. Not only am I upset about the wait, but the poor food quality due to having to nuke it, AND that it cost me $51 after tax and tip (which I had paid in advance). No offer to make anything right. I can’t believe it. Dollar menu at a fast food restaurant would have tasted better, saved me lots of money, and would not have taken so long.
Bartender shut down an hour early, so was a waste of a trip
Even though the service was excellent I cannot at the same thing for the food! I had the salmon which was cooked to perfection then ruined by the saltiest grossest butter syrup stuff. The whole plate drenched in it. He accidentally overheard me say it and promptly brought out another plate of the mash potatoes which was a nice gesture but didn’t over compensate for the rest of it. The chocolate cake was too rich and didn’t get eaten. Gotta work on pairing that with something or toning it down some. The crab cakes again super salty ? overall way overpriced for the food taste. Nice presentation though and 5 stars for a waiter!
Not worth it. Calamari was over cooked, pasta was bland and the soup was bland as well. For this being such a nice hotel, unfortunately the restaurant was not on the same level. Loved everything else about this hotel though.
