Buffalo Wild Wings - Bellevue

Staff including managers are racist. My friend made an order to pick up while waiting inside for his order to be complete, he said that he was frustrated because he was waiting for his food for over half an hour. Then they told him they cancelled his order to leave the restaurant. Then he expressed more frustration to them, because they refused to explain why they had canceled his order after waiting so long for why they asked him to go. They called the cops to him because he didn't want to leave? When he really was, he was just confused, why his food took so long as they had canceled the order on him. Great service. Never come back. I couldn't believe how they all talked to him.

I am disappointed by the lack of effort from the staff at this restaurant. Despite the closing time being 11pm, the dining room was closed at 10:30pm. We were told we could only take our food to go. The loud music made communication difficult, and I had to request to speak with a manager. This will be my first and last visit to this establishment. I had to try multiple other places before finding one that was satisfactory. I hope the food is better than the service.

On July 22nd, I ordered 20 wings with apartments only, sauce on the side. I specifically requested for the sauce to be on the right side. The container was labeled correctly, but the apartments looked dirty. I called the store at 6:33 but there was no answer. I will provide an update once I hear back.

Quite disappointed by the insane wings. I ordered the parm and garlic wing. The good news is that it gets six free in a special night. Bad news was so salty and dry that I couldn't eat anymore. I drank a whole glass of Mt Dew to get down 6. Service was slow but friendly. I would have got a better meal for $17. Don't think I'm back for wings.

I was planning to order some wings, but in the end it added about $11 to the bill. There was a $6 delivery fee, plus a $5 tip for the driver. While I don't mind tipping the driver, I was confused about the other delivery charges. The wings were already overpriced, and with the added charges, it felt like a rip off. I recommend going to Porker John's on Wednesdays for all you can eat wings. They are much better and more affordable.
