If you are upset about the slow service, either apply for a job or go somewhere where the staff is faster. These employees do their best and you have the choice to eat there or not. Don't expect your order to be prioritized if the restaurant is busy and you are ordering a large quantity of food. I have never had a bad meal here and I am understanding of the wait time as they have other orders to fulfill. Please be patient and respectful towards the hardworking staff who are doing their best, especially in a fast food environment that can be challenging when not fully staffed.

You have made great improvements... the food is fresher now, but service at the drive-thru is a bit slow. However, I can confidently say that your burgers and nuggets are the best when they are fresh. The fries could use more salt and could benefit from some added flavor improvements.
