Buffalo Wild Wings - Bel Air

What a mess. Stand at the hostess desk for 10 minutes, not an employee in sight. Eventually I get asked what I want as if I’m inconveniencing them from whatever they’re doing in the back. I’m told to sit wherever I want. Not a clean table or booth to be found, I assumed I was responsible for clearing or wiping my own table. Walked across the parking lot for wings at seasons. Better quality food, better service and cleaner environment.

Micah was a fantastic server! He was so personable and awesome. Would give him a five star rating if this was for rating servers. Food was good and beer was good, excellent price for quality ratio. A great place to stop in for great service and some great wings!

Service was great! Smiles and great communication. But the prices and portions are weak. Over $14 for 3 fountain drinks, $5 for a half cup of mac cheese, I could see the bottom of the tray through my side of fries.

This location is not the best. Service is typically slow, but tonight was on a different level of slow. I waited 20 minutes for ranch. My wings were cold by the time I even got ranch. My water cup sat empty the entire time. On the topic of ranch, my servers finger dipped in my ranch as it was being placed on my table, the server then looked at the finger covered in ranch, flicked the ranch off, and proceeded to place the ranch on my table as for me to use that cup of ranch that had their finger in it not even 5 seconds ago. Extremely disgusting and unprofessional. The check came, I paid, and the server didn’t return until 10 minutes later with my card. Not very happy with the service tonight. Wings are always good though.

Quality of the food has gone down pretty severely. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Ranch wrap and there were only a few pieces of chicken in the entire thing.. 90% of it was filled with shredded cheese, like honestly who wants that much cheese in a wrap? It looked nothing like the menu described it. And they don 't really care about presentation anymore, I know Buffalo Wild Wings isn 't a fancy place, but there 's better ways to plate food then throwing the mostly cheese-filled wrap on a metal toaster pan with cold fries scattered everywhere. The only redeeming quality was the service was awesome, our waitress Baylee did a great job.
