Wood Grain Bistro - Bedford

Location looked so sweet! Was thrilled to have a brunch date with the hubby. Registering was very eager I could not look very well on the menu. Ordered two egg breakfast and French toast I did not eat meat, but both meals came with bacon. When the food arrived, I asked to remove the bacon, she said she would bring me an extra plate, I asked no, I need a new record. She got crazy, took it into the kitchen came out again and screamed practically before customers say I should have told her before I didn't order a bacon and repeated like 3 times. I didn't say a word after 20 minutes that she brought out my food and the French toast was burned so badly that I hung a picture. Won?t come back and if you want to brunch this place not recommended

Having stopped to church today, Eggs Benedict, Ginger had some tea was brilliant and also Avocado Toast with salad. The last house, how was full, had some bites of Salat So Good. Tomorrow or tomorrow morning. Picked up local 4 pack sample jam and 1 is mustard. Locally made for a friend. Looks so good. Really beautiful place! Stop, this place has very good food. Wonderful people and service! Thanks to Chef and Ruhe Team

My daughter and I had a wonderful visit. The food and the staff were amazing. Pork bell eggs Benedict and rum French toast were perfect. Split a big chai tea. We'll be back. Everything was pleasant.

This place has the potential to be one of the better brunch sites in the DFW Metro area. Service was great. Flavors had more depth and were more complex than your average brunching place. Some minor problems like the egg overcooked (ordered by simple, was over good) and grill marks on chicken tasting somewhat burned, but will probably visit again.

Wowwwwwwzers!!!! This place was bussin bussin.... lol Me, the wife and kids went there today and OMG everything was sooooo good....we had the BLT w/ a side of hash browns....check this out I asked for onions on my hash browns and they used caramelized onions.... never in my days have I had this... it was all different and all good.....we also ordered the Bedford with bacon, English muffins, eggs and their breakfast potatoes, waffles with sausage and potatoes and the kids pancakes with bacon...... this place was a definite hidden jewel..... will we be back....... YESSIR!!!!
